I am excited to announce that I have been chosen as the 2016 "Realtor of the Year" by the Elmira-Corning Association of Realtors. This is my second such honor since 2003.
I have been a Realtor since 1999, but have been involved in the housing industry for more than 25 years. I have an expertise with residential housing, including new construction. I also have a degree in Finance from Penn State University, so I have a good idea of how buying a house can affect your pocketbook.
I have been President of the Board of Realtors, and most recently served for two years as the State's Regional Vice-President. In 2010 I finished as the number one Salesperson in the entire Board of Realtors with more than $10 million in closed transactions. I continue to be a top five agent on an annual basis.
